Here are some of the amazing startups we have worked with, from sole founders who are just starting out, to members who share our workspace and accelerator programme alumni who are now making waves in the world. Find out more about them all here.
Since opening in the summer of 2016, Geovation has become home to more than 900 Startups. Our accelerator programme gives startups 20,000k in grant funding, provides access to data, experienced product designs and software developers, and gives Startups, geospatial expertise from Ordnance Survey and land and property insight from HM Land Registry, as well as business mentorship and coaching to help prepare for presenting to investors from the wider team and our partners. To date, our accelerator has supported 65 technology start-ups, and we’ve seen nearly 20M raised in investment funding.
Ordnance Survey (OS) is Great Britain’s mapping service for government, business and citizens. Their geospatial data serves the national interest by enabling a safe, healthy and prosperous society. Geovation is an Ordnance Survey Initiative in association with HM Land Registry.
OS is a globally recognised brand that knows more about geospatial data than anyone else and Geovation is here to amplify this. Through investing in Startups we have the opportunity to generate income to OS. If one of our small investments becomes a really big company that 1, 2 or 3% we own in them might become a significant return to OS.
At Geovation we believe that Stratup success doesn’t just come about by a stroke of lucky genius, at the right time and in the right place. We have seen for ourselves the by embracing Lean and Agile methodologies we can empower your Startup to have more likely sucess, no matter what stage you’re at.
