AI Workflows for Marketing & Product: What Actually Works
Description
AI Agents Workshop: Session 1
Wednesday 27 May 2026 | Lunchtime
Geovation (The Quadrant)
What this is
This is the first session of a new AI agents working group for the Geovation community.
It’s designed as a practical, founder-led space to:
- Swap real workflows
- Ask honest questions
- Build a shared understanding of what AI agents can and can’t do right now
The goal is to move beyond hype into how founders are actually using these tools day to day.
If the session is useful, we’ll continue this as a recurring series, with session two shaped directly by what the room wants next.
What we’ll cover (75 mins)
Welcome & framing (5 mins)
Who’s using what, and what the room wants to get out of the session
The anatomy of an agent (10 mins)
Breaking down the core building blocks: model, harness, prompts, tools
Marketing workflow (15 mins)
Customer research + qualification using structured frameworks and parallel AI workflows
Product / coding workflow (15 mins)
Scoping, building, and shipping a small feature end-to-end using AI agents
What works (and what doesn’t) (10 mins)
Capabilities, limitations, and where this is all heading
Open Q&A + what’s next (20 mins)
The most valuable part: bring your questions
We’ll close by shaping what session two should focus on
What to bring
- Yourself
- A laptop (optional)
- A real question
The session is designed around practical discussion: the more specific your question, the more useful it’ll be for everyone.
Before you join
When you sign up, tell us:
- One thing you want to learn, or
- One workflow you’ve been trying (and where it’s breaking)
What you’ll leave with
- A shared vocabulary
Four core concepts (model, harness, prompts, tools) that apply across every agent setup - Two real workflows, end-to-end
A marketing and a product use case, broken down step by step so you can see exactly how they work - A clear-eyed view of what’s real vs noise
Where AI agents are genuinely useful today, where they fall short, and what’s likely to change in the next 6 months - Ongoing collaboration
Access to a dedicated Slack channel + a take-home one-pager after the session
