Most founders think scaling means hiring more people.

The next generation of founders will scale by designing organisations where people and AI amplify one another.

This will be an interactive workshop around the core enquiry:

“What will it take for founders to create the conditions to empower their people, harness intelligent systems and build adaptive leadership to thrive together?”

AI is changing what small teams can accomplish. But giving people access to AI tools doesn't automatically create a high-performing team.

As founders, this raises some interesting leadership questions.

Together, we will examine:

The Changing Face of Organisational Design - Case studies on how two very different startups have taken different approaches to harnessing AI with their teams.

Enhanced Teamwork - Exploring the conditions that enable people and AI to perform at their best through the lens of the Founder’s Thrive FrameworkTM.

Co-Active Leadership Model - How do you need to show up as a leader to create the conditions for your team to thrive?

This is an opportunity to pause your working day, zoom out for a moment and consider something more fundamental:
