VisiProperties believes property information should be instantly visible at the kerbside. Estate Agency property boards are passive, providing no information about a property, other than it’s on the market with that Agency. House-hunters have no visibility of the price, size, rooms etc. The only options are to call the Estate Agency directly, find it on their website, or locate it via property search apps.

QR.Properties provides Estate Agencies with a single, agency-wide QR code for all of their boards, which uses the scan location to link to the corresponding property listing on their website. PropertyTabs is an Augmented Reality mobile app, displaying property information for on and off-market properties as AR tabs at the kerbside. Tapping AR tabs links to further property details.
