Join us as we showcase the latest cohort of promising startups using location or property data to graduate from our Accelerator Programme.
Over the last six months, the start-ups have been working with us to refine their proposition and prepare and future growth. At the showcase you’ll have a chance to hear from each of our founder teams as they present their business, their journey so far and plans for the future.
We’re introducing a fireside chat with a panel of past founders who will kick-start the afternoon with an exploration into:
- Key Market Challenges: What barriers do startups face in the current market?
- Essential Learnings: Advice from experienced founders to ensure early-stage success.
- Startup Landscape Evolution: How has the environment changed since these founders started their journeys?
- Pitfalls and Setbacks: Valuable lessons from past experiences.
Accelerator presentations will follow, with questions moderated by guest panellists joining the past founders.
You’ll also have the opportunity to network with the teams and our invited audience of Ecosystem members, investors, sector leaders and government stakeholders over drinks and canapés.

Clio Ventures is revolutionising the way home owners finance green improvements to their property by using AI, multiple datasets and financial modelling to assess energy efficiency and optimise green loans. Their insights guide mortgage lenders on retrofit lending, helping banks scale sustainable lending practices. Clio is led by Aviv, an ex-consultant with a fintech and banking strategy background, and Soma, a former McKinsey project lead and climate economist.
Limmi is addressing the attention crisis in our always-connected world, using geo-fencing to create tech-free spaces. Unlike self-discipline tools, Limmi enforces boundaries at the environmental level, helping individuals and organisations regain focus, productivity and well-being. Founders Crispin and Alex bring engineering, finance and strategic expertise to this innovative venture.
SpaceD is transforming underutilised commercial spaces into energy-efficient micro data centres. By leveraging AI-driven site selection and sustainability measures like heat reuse, SpaceD enables localised, low-latency processing while reducing carbon emissions and revitalising urban real estate. CEO Pegah Noori Khah and CTO Dr. Hesamaldin Jadidbonab lead this initiative with their expertise in urban development, AI-driven modelling and energy systems.

Block Manager Technology is simplifying property management with its AI-powered platform that automates maintenance, compliance, admin and financial management. By combining land and property data with intelligent workflows and a vetted contractor marketplace, Block Manager Technology helps owners and agents manage their buildings efficiently. Founder Robert brings extensive experience in government contracting and property management.
Clear Chain is revolutionising property transactions with its AI-powered platform that automates conveyancing steps and increases transparency across the entire chain. By extracting updates from emails and parallelising traditionally sequential steps, Clear Chain identifies issues early and prevents deals from falling through. Founders Aidan and Rose drive this mission with their expertise in legal tech and customer service.
MatchKey is unifying fragmented property data into a structured, searchable platform. Their proprietary matching engine connects over 40 datasets, improving address accuracy and enabling faster, more informed property decisions. Founders Chris and Simon bring deep industry knowledge in property investment and data analytics to transform how property data is connected and utilised.
