About the Challenge
The PropTech Innovation Challenge, launched by Geovation in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), aims to accelerate the delivery of 1.5 million new homes in England through scalable PropTech solutions.
- Up to £100,000 in funding available per application
- Up to 12 companies will be selected
- Collaboration opportunities with local planning authorities, industry partners, and housing developers
- Project delivery through February 2026
