Join us for an information session designed to guide potential applicants through the next stage of the PropTech Innovation Challenge. This webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of the application process in line with the newly released problem statements.

Following an overwhelming response to the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase, we’ve conducted extensive research and stakeholder engagement to shape the problem statements. These statements target key areas of focus in the housing sector, and are designed to inspire innovative, impactful solutions.

About the Challenge

The PropTech Innovation Challenge, launched by Geovation in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), aims to accelerate the delivery of 1.5 million new homes in England through scalable PropTech solutions.

Up to £100,000 in funding available per application
Up to 12 companies will be selected
Collaboration opportunities with local planning authorities, industry partners, and housing developers
Project delivery through February 2026
