We’re on a mission to fix this.
Using technology and open property data to bring all those home-buying services together and make them work like a dream team. No more wasted time or duplication. We aim to give buyers and sellers a unified experience, making the home buying and selling experience better for everyone involved.
Our vision is simple: to be the place everyone goes to manage their home-buying journey! We aim to be with buyers and sellers every step of the way, supporting them and making sure they have an amazing experience from start to finish.
Meet the founders
Kieran Witt
CEO
Prior to Kotini, Kieran spent 10+ years of financial services experience managing products and complex change, including mortgages & investments. His proudest achievements (Kotini excluded) include creating the UK’s credit card designed for the visually impaired and growing a retail investment proposition from £50k to £2bn assets under management. He’s part of the Home Buyers and Sellers Group, a founding member of the Open Property Data Association creating the UK’s first Property Data Trust Framework and an InnovateUK Young Innovator.
Jack Nelson
CTO
Jack started his career at the age of 16 as a fabricator and welder. Over the past 15+ years, he’s worked in software, engineering, project management, and business strategy. Leading international teams and delivering projects in Europe and the UAE, saving companies like JLR millions through strategic digital and process automation. Jack’s perseverance and determination make him the perfect technical lead.
Harvey Jones
CXO
Never without a cryptic crossword, Harvey leads all things design and user experience at Kotini. Harvey’s been CXO at EdTech BlueShift Education, a kids coding teacher, and toy designer – but most proudly – Employee of the month at the Lego Shop.
